Drupple Store not working with AWS databases -- 2

We have code that has quit working, I believe due to PHP script being outdated. Not sure if it is on our store, or in AWS. Our site uses Druple for the store. When a customer purchases a SoftClick license the store is suppose to automatically send a receipt to the customer, and add their subscription to our AWS database. The code that does this isn't working. Not sure if the code is in Druple or in our site. Our site is hosted by Bluehost. Here is the basics [login to view URL]: When a SoftClick license is purchased from the on-line store at [login to view URL], a license key is generated from our Keyman on AWS for a specific length of time, and several forms are emailed that, included the purchasers new account information, and the purchasers information: name, email address license key ,and new remote ID# is put in the database on AWS. The start date, and expiration date are also recorded. I need someone to locate and fix the code. Please quote fairly. Thank you
