Email is Set Up on Second Server But Not Working Properly

I have a VPS with GoDaddy which hosts many websites. Because of GoDaddy's email policies (blocking port 25, no rDNS, shared email relays, etc) I have a second VPS with SecuredSpeed for Email only, for myself and my clients.

Email is not sending or receiving properly through SecuredSpeed. Some of my clients can send but not receive. Some can receive but not send. (This could be their own Account settings. It’s hard for me to test my clients’ email when my own email doesn’t work properly.) Some of my own email addresses are working OK, I think. Some are not.

DNS settings and MX records are consistent with all affected domains.

I want to be able to connect using SSL and secure password. It is currently NOT set up that way.

The last coder said that there are issues of sending mail through websites that are using PHP, as some of mine are.

GoDaddy has cPanel. SecuredSpeed has only Postfix Admin Panel.

This email situation has been going on ever since I moved my websites to GoDaddy. I have hired several coders who have made many changes, but it’s still not working.

Forgive me for being so forceful about what I need, but I just can’t allow this to continue to go on any longer. It needs to be fixed NOW! For that reason I have several requirements.

1. I would ask that you not bid on the project unless you are completely confident that you know how it should work, that you know what to do to make it work, and that you are familiar with GoDaddy's eccentricities.

2. I need you to tell me exactly what you plan to do BEFORE you do it, (example I didn’t know that one coder changed me to non-Premium DNS’s - not happy about that!), and I need to know just how your changes will resolve the problem.

3. I need someone who will work on this issue, non stop, until it is solved - i.e. I suspect it shouldn't take more than an hour, since all the basics have been done to set it up. If it is not fixed within five hours from the time you start, unless you give me a good reason that it has taken this long, with an estimate of how much longer it should take, I will consider the job incomplete and will re-post without payment. For that reason I will not make a milestone payment up front, but if you check my record I am VERY prompt at paying, and give bonuses when warranted. I’m sorry but I just can't waste anymore time.
