Escapia API website needs price sorting function, Calendar with available dates, and price box that populates price

We have a website that is using API from Escapia (a property rental software site). The API uses SOAP and we have a PHP plugin to help code the API requests. Some use of these things will be necessary. We have three things to finish: 1. On our property pages, we currently have a calendar that pops up when a user selects the arrival or departure dates. We need this calendar to sync up with Escapia's available dates for that property. This will allow a user to see when a property is and isn't available. The user should also not be allowed to select an unavailable date. 2. On the property page, after a user selects their arrival and departure dates a grid should appear with the Escapia rent rate (based on the rates for their stay), a tax fee, and the total fee. This should change if the user changes their dates. 3. On the search results page, the search results currently populate based on the price of lowest to highest. We currently only have one sorting option "# of bedrooms". We need to add another sorting option of "Price Low to High" and "Price High to Low". This pricing sorter should affect any units already sorted by the "# of bedrooms" sorter.
