Hello, As I understood you need a simple price quotation tool that will take the data from your CSV file and access UPS API to get the pricing. I'm an experienced software developer working on PHP and NodeJS for over 5 years. I can easily help you with this. Here are 3 ways this can work: 1) I can build a simple CLI tool to which you pass a path to the CSV file as an argument, it then does a processing for you and writes the price quotes back to the CSV file. This is easiest solution if you like using CLI tools. 2) More user-friendly option would be to build a small app which you'd run on your compuer, it will have sleek graphical user interface which will allow you to choose the original CSV file and do the processing from there. 3) This one is the best IMO, I can write you a script which would run inside Google Spreadsheet, you will just copy your CSV to the special Google Spreadsheet, which will have a button named "Get Prices", once you click it, it will run a script which will read the data from your google spreadsheet and do the processing from there. The reason why I think this is the best solution, is that it doesn't require any installation on your end, and can be ran in cloud, from any device and any location. Please provide more details about work and also a sample for reference.

Previous experience using complex Excel VBA operations (see portfolio). Will create a robust system which can be added to as needed. If desired, system can also check validity of addresses and extend to any number of data rows.

The time could be less. All depend on how useful it is the api of USP. If it is not, can I use scrapping to bring the cos of the main page with your credentials. I will do a code in python that give you the output how would you like.
