Expert PHP Developer

I need an expert PHP developer to work with me on a monthly basis. Our work is increasing and we need help in managing the projects. The hired resource will work during the US Eastern time zone (9am - 6pm). Contractor will stay online through out the day via skype or any other preferred method. Work involves handling and interacting with clients, gathering requirements and assigning tasks to the developers, providing status updates to the clients. You will also be required to work with the clients on urgent tasks, for example, if client needs help with some thing small then instead of sending the task to the developer, you will do it yourself. For example, they want to add a subdomain in the website (It's a 5-10 mins task), they want to add/remove a button in wordpress (It's a 5-10 min task), they want to take a site backup, they want you to check SEO of their site, etc etc. So basically you will be a technical lead and a manager. Tell me your monthly price. It is requested that only serious individual developers bid on this project. If you are looking for a part time work, then this project is not for you. If you work full time somewhere else and want to earn a few extra bucks, again this project is not for you. Happy bidding! Thanks
