Extrapolation Algorithm in PHP -- 2nd post -- 2

Freelancer is expected to write very well commented PHP code (for educational purposes).

It must use one or more Non linear Extrapolation Algorithms.

Code will be tested on a data set containing 60 samples and must produce at least 6 to 10 next (extrapolated) values. I will pay $50 FOR EACH method used. You can start with this pseudocode [login to view URL] from the example. Just do not use linear or exponential methods. Project will be awarded to the freelancer who can produce a sample code to test my data (see attached file). I don't need to see your code, just give me a link where it is hosted in your initial message. Read carefully. I will report all spammers.
