Fix my email project

I'm looking for a freelancer who are expert in coding css and jquery. I need your help with the codes issues because I'm working on my code to create to make an email like gmail by using css and jquery. I need you to do these jobs to fix it. Here is the jobs I need you to do to fix it. Job 1: When I scroll down, the searchbox with blue button will move down from the top when it is supposed not to move. Job 2: When I click on my emails, it will not let me to open my emails so I think you need to add div blocks with css that come include reply button, mark as spam, forward...etc. Job 3: I cant be able to limit the emails to 50 to display the subjects and messages in my inbox to allow me to go to the next page and previous page. The same for the other folders. Job 4: I want to view the important, sent, draft and spam folder to allow me to open my emails, store and open the drafts. Job 5: I cant be able to able to display the compose messages on the bottom of the screen when I click on the compose button. I want to display the messages in each time when I click on the compose button. Job 6: When I send the emails, each email I send will be holding for 20 seconds each before each email will be send. If I send 2 emails at the same time, 1 email will send at a time before the next one will be send. Job 7: Fix the date and time for when I received my emails, e.g: today emails will display as the time as 14:05 am and pm and display the date for later days like Apr 18, 17, 16, 15...etc. It is the same for when I stored the drafts.
