Fix an OsTicket Error

I have installed OsTicket on my server, however I am getting an error when attempting to reply to a ticket via the app directly. Using the email functions, the ticketing system works. This error only happens when attempting to reply to a ticket on the website.

This is in the error log

Hi, The warning message says that declaration accepts 1 parameter but the line of calling it pass 2 parameters.
