Fix Website/Configuration - Cloud Storage Website -- 2

I am looking for a web designer/programmer to fix my cloud storage website. Its called VaultLocke. I have both a web version and an android app made in flutter. I need you to make sure both are fully functional. App source code will be provided.

Issues with the website:

1. When uploading files, some thumbnails show and some dont. I need all files show the thumbnails and not broken images, example shown in the screenshots.

2. I need you to incorporate X-SendFile or X-Accell to help reduce server memory and CPU usage.

3. Some uploads fail and some go through.

4. Very slow upload speeds.

5. Big file uploading tends to fail.
