We are a Telephony/IT company that requires tweaking and customization of the Freescout software. Our goal is to have a fully functional Customer Database, a Ticketing system, and Time-Control Reporting.
We will begin the Project with PHASE1: CRM Customization and Call Logging.
We have the Freescout CRM installed with the following Modules:
• Customers Management (CRM) Module
• Ticket Number Module
• Office Hours Module
• Reports Module
• Time Tracking Module
• Mobile Notifications Module
• LDAP Integration Module
1. DELETE/PURGE current Customers Database and Tickets
2. Change field “COMPANY” to field “CUSTOMER” and make it the First Entry Field (Required)
3. Change fields “First Name” and “Last Name” to be Not Required and move them down the list. These fields will be optionally populated.
4. Fields to be added/populated in this order:
b. CONTRACT NUMBER
c. ACCOUNT NUMBER
d. CONTRACT DATE
e. MAINTENANCE TYPE
g. SERVICE STOP
k. FIRST NAME
l. LAST NAME
5. “CONTRACT NUMBER” to the Unique ID/Primary Key
6. DELETE Fields: JOB TITLE, SOCIAL PROFILES, STATE, COUNTRY, ZIP
7. Add “SERVICE STOP” Tick/Function to the CRM that will lock the CUSTOMER so that Emails/Tickets cannot be assigned to the CUSTOMER until the tick is removed.
8. Change “NOTES” to “REMARKS”. Any text entry here must be DATE/TIMESTAMPED on new Entries
9. Import CSV
