I need custom form fields to be set up in my Goautodial installation so that my agents can click and select answers while doing outbound calling. There are approximately 20 form fields to put. I need to be able to export the results at the end of the day so that all the fields appear in my export. Then i need you to customise the campaign calling settings so that each agent has a maximum waiting time of 10 seconds between each call.
