Have oepn cart tasks need to complete right now

1) Need the offline credit cards extension customized. How it works now is One option is to email credit card encryption key and then I need to copy key from email and paste it in Sales>Orders>View Order Invoice >action tab to get credit card info. a. Admin back end > extensions > payments> offline line credit cards b. I don’t want to go back and forth to email. I still want to have encryption, but I want a way to always have same password, and I will click a decrypt button and it shows me the credit card information. And credit card information goes back to enter password when you leave page. 2) Can you Customize Max/min extension. When customer orders fewer than 200 for first time it will not be able to check out. If customer has order history of 1 and more then checkout can be minimum $100 3) Logo is too big in email invoice. 4) In customer my account page, go to edit address and you will see shipping options are here. Please remove this.
