help with Wordpress Modals & CSS to make images pop! Aus TIMEZONE only!

We have a gallery using iLightbox but we need the images to increase in size when the MODAL is activated i.e. we need you to make all gallery images on a wordpress site 'pop' to catch the eye of the user ON MOUSEOVER.... and then expand to a large modal of the larger version of the gallery item image WHEN CLICKED. We are using iLightbox currently We also have this plugin as a backup - EasyFancyBox Pro [login to view URL] We don't care as long as the end result works We need someone VERY experienced with either one of those plugins OR another that will achieve the same result while maintaining a responsive design QUICKLY. We need you to be able to install quickly and set up on an existing website - ONLY apply if you are familiar with one of these two plugins N.B.
