we need website and android app

First Level

1)I am superadmin who set the master data

Second Level Hotel Owners

2)People buy our subscription to manage there hotels online

3)subscription price based on how many hotels you want to manage 2 , 3

also after buy he can add more hotel buy add ons also he can remove hotel but price not refund

4)Hotel Owner can add the number of amount of hotel and in hotel number of amount of room in every hotel he linked a hotel manager for entry of credit debit money and seat available on [login to view URL] cant be redit by hotel manager if he want to edit or change then only change by hotel owner

5)hotel manager only manage its assign hotel once be mapped the hotel manager then we cant change the manager if his death or he retire then we marked its account deactivate and create a new hotel manager and map with hotel

6)Simple structure no hevay css or animation used basic application look we requirre.

7)Good if you use socket as well to realtime reflect seat availablity

8)If any hotel owner subscrption end then content hide and showing the renew subscription first

9)and its hotel manager not able to login

we require android as well with google payment .

so send requirement from my side what things require.

android with java not kotlin

also in backend I prefer laravel with jwt authentication

project deadline is 1 month

payment gateway on website side I prefer instamozo

and for android side google payment and bhim upi phonepay
