Hi, I read through all 30 slides. Your group mode works but one by one doesn't, which means the core IMAP connection and inbox access is fine. The bug is in how the one-by-one PHP handler searches for the issue number in the inbox, probably a different search query or CSV column mapping compared to the group handler. I've worked with PHP and IMAP functions before. Give me cPanel access and I'll diff the two code paths, find where they diverge on the inbox search, fix it and test with both issue 106 and 20110.
