Image editor and previewer for Canvas Print site

I'm requiring a script be made to work exactly as the one on thecanvasfactory.com.au. Take a look at the following for my requirements [login to view URL] As you can see, it would require the customer to upload their image, move their image around within the canvas size that they've chosen and add the print to their shopping cart for purchase. I have a Shopify store, so I would require the script to be integrated into this. If a server is required to host the script and store the images, this would also need to be set up. It is important that the customer is able to upload large images and that the editor does not have a delay/lag and that the uploader is able to process an image quickly. As I have already had a bad experience with a freelancer who thought he could do the job (and was not able to), please don't apply for the job unless you are 100% confident that you can provide the same product as can be found on The Canvas Factory site. I am happy to pay a fair price for this as it is very important to the success of my print site, but as I have already wasted a long time (and a lot of money) I am only interested in an experienced freelancer.
