Incentive Marketing Point-Based Script Needed

Hello All, I'm launching an incentive marketing network (aka Freebie Site) in the near future and am looking for a Point-Based script for one of my sites. It needs to be secure, well-organized, and professional. The user side needs to include: -Status Page displaying information about credited offers, order status, credit requests, & referral credit. -Profile Page where users can change their profile information and account preferences here which include auto-notification of: support ticket reply, admin messages, offer credit, referral signup, referral status change, account status change, and order status change. -Offers Page that displays offers in a way that is easily sortable on one or multiple pages by: instant crediting only, one-day crediting only, or all credit times, payout/cash values, offer cost, offer name, date added, & offer category. -Support Page that allows users to create support tickets, manual credit requests and view the status of any past tickets from one page. The Administrative side should include: -Admin Home with an overview of 'things-to-do' including: pending support tickets, manual credit requests, account verifications, orders, spam reports. It should also display pertinent site information including: number of users, # of users with completed/credited offers, # of users on hold, # of user-completions, & total prizes shipped. -Manage Site page which will allow me to edit site details such as the header image, title bar text, prizes per row displayed, offers per row displayed, terms of service, privacy policy, & prize requirements/description. -Manage Users page which will enable me to search for a user a variety of ways: by e-mail, ip, & user id. -View/Edit User sub-page which will shows global user info, users with matching passwords, last login, IP log, offers completed, notes (left by admin), and user status(place on hold, remove from hold), change prize, verification report, referred by, completed offers, issue manual credit, credit requests, referral information, registration IP, logged IP's, open/closed support tickets, and admin messages. -Manage Orders page which will allow me to keep track of all pending and completed orders for my site from approved users. -Manage Affiliates page where I can add and edit the affiliates I use for offers. From here I can enter CSV information as well as postback information (instant crediting) so the fields are automatically recognized when offer credits come through. -Manage Offers page where I can add and edit the offers for my site. Also, I would like to be able to edit offer details, including payout rate per completion and approximate crediting time. -Offer Crediting page which will allow me to manage pending credit requests, issue manual credits, process CSV records and view an offer report. -Support Ticket page which will allow me to view and reply to support tickets and sort by various display filters to include all tickets in any date range: all, today, yesterday, last 7 days, month to date, last month, year to date, and last year. You can also display only open or closed support tickets, as well as if the last post is by a user or an admin. -Report Page which contains information relevant to users, prizes, crediting, offers, orders, spam, and network statistics are all available. Anyhow, that list contains most of the features I would like implemented in this script. It sounds pretty complicated, but the end result is worth it.
