Invoicing System in HTML5/PHP/MySQL/AJAX/Jquery/AngularJS

I started developing an invoicing system for my client using this stack:
HTML/CSS/Javascript/Bootstrap/MYSQL/PHP/AJAX/Jquery/basic AngularJS
But need help in finishing it off.
The product is a standard desktop based web admin dashboard that helps client to manage their invoicing process (providing sales quotes, generating invoice, creating payment receipts)
Future updates will include addition of more features like purchase order, product portfolio, etc. If work is good, then the project will continue. Looking for someone with quick turnaround on the aforementioned dev stack.
