I have a purchased and licensed copy of Isolsoft help desk. You will be able to download the trial and do your work from it. I need some customization done to it. You can view there demo here [url removed, login to view]
The work I would like done is the following.
1. I would like the staff to be able to assign another user to a ticket. For example if a user creates a ticket I want the staff member to be able to add another user onto the ticket so both users and the staff member can view the ticket under their open tickets.
2. I would also like to have the "add a task" option under the staff page to be able to do a couple more things. I would like for it to list the name of the staff member that posts the task. I would also like a reminder to pop up in a new window when the task is getting closer to the due date.
Those are the items I would like customized for this project. On time delivery is a must and could lead to future projects. Once an agreed upon date has been agreed upon there will be a $5 charge per day for being late that will be deducted from the total. Please understand this is for my protection and is not negotiable.
