A project goes through various stages - Initiate, Due Diligence, Planning, Implementation, Steady State.

The requirement is to create a Javascript Pages that checks compliance of the Project Management deliverable through various stages.

It should calculate sigma scores of the Project Deliverables for which checklist will be provided to you. The sigma scores should also be calculated at Project Level. For example there are 3.4 defects per million opportunities than the score should come out to be six sigma.

Sigma Calculation in Javascript should be troublehshooted by the coder or coding team.

In Microsoft excel Sigma Score = Normsinv(1-Defect/ Opportunity)+1.5

Please note that in case defects are 0 then sigma score should be 6.0(excel normally gives an error

Once sigma for the project is calculated an email should be sent to the originator(stakeholders may be added at the start of screen)

50 hours of additional Transfer of Codes and support should be provided as part of this project
