I'd like a programmer to estimate how many weeks are needed and the expense to encode algorithm instructions. The project can use practically any computer language with the potential for low-level function calls. Robotic scripting language is possibly useful for this application.
The specifications are done. There are 7 tasks. They are the main control task, navigation task, terrain evaluation task, collision avoidance task, weather evaluation task, and change of operation task between two programs. The tasks are easily achieved computations of the input data made 60x per sec. The effort is to balance forces using input data from sensors and radar distancing information, plus GPS and collision avoidance. Code writing for the dual computing control system is what we want done. Information for the system is in the completed specifications the estimator can view. Virtual awareness of conditions of a 3D environment is part of the software. Pilot assisted or autonomous flying can be possible with the software.
