Junior React Developer(No Indian)

We are a team of software engineers and we are looking for a junior front end engineer to build react components of a super interesting no-coding automation platform. The front end requires a lot of love and attention. We are looking for someone to own the requirements from the wireframes to a finished deployed product. Attention to detail resulting in a quality product for customers is important.
Qualities we look for:
You consider yourself to quickly solve complex problems and deliver much faster turnaround times than most. Your code is neat and easy to follow by other engineers in the team. We favour simple code that is easy to maintain and to troubleshoot. You put yourself in the shoes of the customer and test your code to ensure it functions well before code review. You understand the importance of putting the freelancers that you recruit and manage first, getting them up and running to scale fast pace delivery.
We look for people that are genuinely interested in the project and that are constantly available - quick to respond to queries and like frequent sync ups.

React Typescript & Material UI
XD to React (looks like wireframes visually)
English would be native only.
Argentina/Brazil would be preferable.
