- The received rates are displayed on the portal.

- The manager selects the vendor offering the lowest rate.
6. **Vehicle Details Request:**
- A WhatsApp message is sent to the chosen vendor to share vehicle details.
7. **Data Population:**
- Vehicle number and driver's mobile number provided by the selected vendor are populated in the portal.
8. **Loading Point Arrival:**
- The vehicle reaches the loading point.
9. **LR Generation:**
- LR (Loading Receipt) generation is initiated on Roado.co.in.
10. **GPS Trip Activation:**
- GPS trip activation is carried out on Roado.co.in.
