Make drop down menu option of product tied to the current image of product

We have an online store as wordpress website. On product page, we have drop down menu with different option for the product. We would like to be able to show the right image and description once customer picks an option. Every option will have different image and different description showing. We just need guidance on this or advise, you don't have to do for all of the products, just one. For instance, if you're buying a car and there is drop down menu for color, if you pick 'red' we'd like to show red car image and description saying this is a red car. Put human in your bid, so I know it's real.
