I need a tool that will work with WordPress and Blogger to automate the following:

1)It will need to be able to post to the blog from both user defined rss feeds and users own content.

2)Randomly select post from a list of rss feeds

3)randomly select post from users own content

4)Manual and autoposting setup up on a daily, weekly or monthly basis per user preference

5)Grab articles from 5 to 6 different article source sites (must be able to specify category and quantity)and post these articles instantly or on a daily, weekly or monthly basis

6)Be able to set up projects to post to multiple blogs

7)Set up posting to single blogs as well.

8)Import list of blogs from CSV file

I will expect to see a working example of the project before payment will be made.

This tool must work with the latest version of WordPress as well as 1.5.2
