MediaWiki + Forum Mashup

BUDGET FOR THIS IS US$100.00 I need to have Media Wiki integrated with PHPbb2. This is to be integrated with a Social Networking website. Users will sign up once in the normal MY ACCOUNT and they should be able to to wmake posts onto either the wiki or the forums, and share user tables and sessions. When logged into the forums, the user can visit the wiki and edit without logging in, and vise versa. It needs to be setup so that each can go in thier own sub folders, eg [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] There will be user private group folders for both forum and wiki and open public forum and wiki where general discussions and contributions can take place. Basically it is playing around with user permissions and setup. Further information will be provided to teh selected bidder. Thanks.
