Miva to Woocommerce Migration - PHP

Job Description:
I need someone who is an expert in MIVA and Woocommerce and can perform the following:
Transfer 24760 products (including categories) and their variations that includes all product info and their variations/attributes (color, format, size, price, multiple product images, etc) to woocommerce.
I will provide
1. Woocommerce installed on our server
2. Mysql tables for Miva (The developer has to suggest which table he needs)
3. All the Product images are exactly like the MIVA website in a folder on the same FTP, so it would be easy for the developer to upload images to woocommerce.
I need exact same products with multiple images and variations like Miva on my woocommerce store.
I have attached a sample code that may or may not be useful so you can use it as a reference only
