Modification in PHP Web app for E-Coupon Generation

Whatever entries you are doing in the form, those same entries to be made in the database also.
We developed a Web App for Online Coupon Generation using PHP. In this web app when users sign up and then sign in and then add money in their wallet and create a coupon then whatever amount they deposit in their coupon, they get 10% as bonus on their deposited amount. We want that after signin only, user pay add money in their account and make payment to create the coupon then that coupon should be sent on their mail i.d.
We want to get some modifications done in the application.
If you want to use some free template then also we don't have any problem for this work.
But template should have these features which I need.
Dynamic Coupons (Pin Needed or Otp)
Payment Gateway
Merchant Panel
Customer Panel
Admin Panel (With all rights to modify or delete any user or merchant account)
Contact Us form
Contact Number Adding in Header
Dynamic Coupon Design (Some part of the coupon will be static and Value part will be Dynamic)
