We have a moodle platform with active courses. In the near future we would like to have a few plugins developed. 1. Plugin that can determine course completion based on percent of activity completion. 2. SCORM plugin for smoother SCORM integration 3. Paypal payment integration with monthly subscription to course. (if subscription is cancelled, access to course is denied) 4. Plugin for infusion soft integration Before we go into a longer term relationship,. we would first like to start with a small and quick development - the first option: Plugin that can determine course completion based on percent of activity completion. Details in attached document.

Hi As you can see from my feedbacks and portfolio I am a moodle expert with more than 8 years moodle experience and a lot of projects like your already completed. I am a moodle core contributor. Not very sure what's the requirement related to scorm module as that already exists in moodle. Any questions let me know. Regards

Hi i'm Dananjaya, Currently working as moodle developer expert. I alreay have a activity completion tracking with our own theme. I can adjust it for suit your requirement. playpal integration can be done with a plugin I guess. But maybe with some additional cording. other also will be same. Moodle already have a grate SCORM plugin. So you can get advantage with optimizing it settings. Also we have a video module that support HLS which already developed. If you like to have it I can give you for another $500.
