We moved to a new server this weekend and need someone to get some bugs taken care of that relate to the move. Mainly paths and datbase connections.
Some bugs are in our oscommerce admin/store. For example, some paths are off. Under admin, config, modules, payment... instead of listing the payment options, it list the directory path /home/mysite/public_html/O/catalog/includes/modules/payment/. We no longer have the public_html directory with the new server. There are a few other little things that are caused by it not knowing the correct path to the database on the new server etc. Another example is this error "Warning: dir(/home/mysite/public_html/O/catalog/): failed to open dir: No such file or directory in /home/content/w/a/s/mysite/html/O/catalog/admin/[url removed, login to view] on line 178 Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/content/w/a/s/mysite/html/O/catalog/admin/[url removed, login to view] on line 179"
These seem to be all related to having the website and store communicate with the correct paths on the new server and also hooking to the oscommerce database on the new server everywhere it needs to.
We would like the project started and completed immediately. Hopefully today. Someone who knows databases and oscommerce should know how to fix all of these bugs quickly. And, they will know how to locate ALL of the bugs that relate to the move of the website to a new server and be able to fix them in this bid. I don't think it makes any difference, but we moved to a Godaddy server. We have a total of 5 databases. One of them is Live Help. It also isn't working for some reason.
