MTGO trading bot for a clan (no commercial use)

We are a small clan on MTGO and we need someone to program a BOT that will trade with us the cards we need.
BOT will need to run on a MTGO account that we will use as a storage account.
We need the BOT to automatically accept a trade (but it needs to be able to recognize who is allowed to trade - so that only members of the clan can trade) and we want a secure password setup to complete the trade as well.
Once we finished using the cards we will launch another trade to put them down...at this point the bot needs to be able to recollect any card in our collection that he does not have (maximum 4 copies of each)
