Multi-vendor Marketplace Website

I'am looking for a formal freelancer or freelance organization to design an e-commerce website with the same basic funcitional characteristics as that of Amazon but "light", means not that vast. It not necessary should have very complicated or advanced features such as Amazon Advertising or like.
Basically it would have the following features:
Buyers' side: Create account, maintain account, Catalouge navigation, shopping cart, CC & Paypal payments options, order historial, product reviews etc.
Sellers' side: Sellers will offer their products creating their product listings, same way as they do at Amazon, separate vendor panel, separate mini store for every vendor, 3 or 4 shipping options & there realtime calculations, interaction of the orders made by the buyers, seller account configuration with options like view order history, order returns, comments and reviews -Vendor account balance, sales reports & statistics etc.
Only the external Sellers will list their products. We as the Portal owner will not list any products, it diiffers in respect of the Amazon site mainly on this feature.

Website's main face languages will be a european language other than English, although multilingual option shall be positively considered.
