Mycred and buddypress customizations

1. expire default mycred points 30days after you get the points
2. change user role based on default point balance (1000points author)(2000points editor)
3. send email reminder 7 days before point expires
4. display buddypress notification bubble and buddypress message bubble using shortcodes
5. limit group creation per user to 5
