Need a PHP Script for Insert into AWS Dynomodb Table

this is my first post here, sorry if any wrong.

I had created table in my dynomodb account.

I stuck in inserting record from my site. i will prefer with php because i had a bit knowledge with that

here is sample of data that i need to insert
