I'm making a "cpanel" alternative for my server but am at a roadblock.. I need to be able to run a single .php file as root so that I can edit files in /etc/* I do not want every .php file to be run as root! Only one which is in a locked down environment. $30 up for grabs if someone knows how to achieve this. Should be relatively easy for the right person.
