Need a Script Installed

I need a toplist script installed on [url removed, login to view]

There are many free scripts and I do like this one but you are free to pick another one if you are more comfortable with it.

I would need this script installed on a separate page of [url removed, login to view] and have one link added to the top next to "faq" and have the word "links" which would go to the toplist page. I also need this word "links" added to the footer. I also might need some help adding yahoo publisher ads to it. About the skins - I would like a appealing skin added to it which they have many to pick from on the site. It doesn't have to match the look of [url removed, login to view]

I would like the page to look like [url removed, login to view] this but don't worry about the content on the sides. It will need a link added to go back to the homepage.
