Need a stamp online WYSIWYG Editor clone

Hello!
I am looking for somebody who write me a stamp WYSIWYG Editor.
What i am looking for is a clone of what you can see on
[url removed, login to view] - there you click on the left on "Stempel" (german for stamp) and then you go to the stamp WYSIWYG editor.
You first select the size of the stamp (in milimeters). Then you click on "text ändern", and what's popping up then - that's what i am looking for - a text editor where the user can type in a text, change the alignment of text, select different fonts (ttf) and sizes and formats (bold, underline, italic) as a result. there must be a preview depending on the size of the stamp the customer selected as a gif or jpg or png. the final picture should then be exported so that a laser can burn the text designed on a stamp plate (in real size of course). a pdf preview of the stamp (in original size) would also be nice. i think the graphic stuff can be made easily with gd-lib. if the text is too big for the stamp there should be a warning. the editor should be german, but i can translate it later if you have the text in language files.
