I need a Symphony software developer

Hi there, I have a database driven application that a ‘friend’ of mine was developing for me. He has dropped the project because a bigger job came in, however, I want to get the project finished. I own the code and IP of the project. I have zip file of what he has developed so far, which I think was in ‘Symphony’, I can email the zip to you. I am looking for a developer who can develop the app into a web application, add the final features that I would like included, and create the databases etc. I would like a responsive, clean and contemporary design for the app. I am not happy with the current design of the GUI. I require full ownership of the code, copyright and IP of the solution and complete documentation of the program. Product documentation that describes the product developed and provides instructions on how to perform various tasks with it. Product documentation can be broken down into: System documentation and User documentation System documentation that describes the system itself and its parts. It includes requirements documents, design decisions, architecture descriptions, program source code, and help guides. User documentation covers manuals that are mainly prepared for end-users of the product and system administrators. User documentation includes tutorials, user guides, troubleshooting manuals, installation, and reference manuals. A source code document that outlines a technical section that explains how the code works. Source code documents may include but are not limited to the following details: Security measures Other patterns and principles Try to keep the document simple by making short sections for each element and supporting them with brief descriptions.
