Need a WebPage builder module for Maxdev

I am in need of someone to create a module for Maxdev which allows users to create webpages via a dynamic text editor like FCK Editor [url removed, login to view]
The module needs to be a true Maxdev module so please go to [url removed, login to view] to see how to download a sample blank module.
One should also be able to preview their work before posting. Also make sure there is an admin icon which plugs into the admin panel where i can access the backend applications and Add, Edit & Delete web pages.
Maxdev or Postnuke experts are a HUGE plus.
