Hi there! I’m looking for an expert to help me review, refine, and complete my Notion setup for my artist management business. I’ve already built the foundations (artists database, releases, shows & touring, operations/tasks), but I now need someone to: What I need done 1. Review & finish my entire workspace - Audit my current databases for structure, naming consistency, relationships, formulas, and templates - Clean up page layouts, remove redundancy, and streamline navigation - Ensure everything works together (Artists → Releases → Shows → Tasks → Logistics, etc.) 2. Build a fully automated workflow system I want a proper end-to-end setup where: - Confirming a show auto-generates all advancing tasks - Tasks automatically link to the show, artist, and due dates - Releases automatically generate timelines and marketing checklists - Dashboards for each artist pull everything that’s relevant to them - My Manager Dashboard shows all upcoming shows, deadlines, tasks, and releases Essentially: a clean, interconnected, automated operations HQ. 3. Google Calendar integration When a show is confirmed: - The show date, city, venue, call time, set time, fee, promoter contact, etc automatically creates an event in the artist’s Google Calendar Ideally sync changes (if any show details are updated later) If you know the best way to automate this (Notion API, Zapier, [login to view URL], Google Workspace integrations), I’m open to recommendations. 4. Slack integration I want to set up a Slack workspace for the business with: - Channels for each artist - A channel for internal team comms (me + my intern) - Automations to send certain Notion updates into specific Slack channels (e.g., “New show added”, “Task due today”, “New release added”) 5. Quality-of-life improvements If you have suggestions for dashboards or automated systems I haven’t mentioned, I’m very open to expert guidance. I want this system to feel smooth, automated, and pro-level. About my workflow I manage multiple artists, tours, releases, budgets, logistics, tasks, etc. So I need the workspace to be clean, fast, automated, and scalable.
