I am looking for a skilled CakePHP developer to assist with ongoing feature development for a medium sized, but complex application. Additionally, decent MySQL and some Linux skills are required.
Tasks:
- Implementing new features and functionalities in CakePHP
- Collaborating with the team to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Conducting thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in CakePHP framework
- Experience in developing and maintaining web applications using CakePHP
- Ability to implement templates provided by our designed into clean code
- Knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other related technologies
- Understanding of MVC architecture and object-oriented programming principles
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- You are able to estimate schedules and keep deadlines set together
- Outstanding analytical skills
Timeline and Availability:
- This is an ongoing project that may last for several years
- You will be required to work on the project regularly, providing assistance as needed
- You will join an existing team and integrate seamlessly
- You are available during Vienna, AT, daytimes
