Online Workflow System(php MySql)

This will be a web based workflow management system for a beauty class. The beauty class has multiple branches and multiple courses. Each course needs a set of apparatus for every student. It is called as laundry. The laundry items are with a team called as Stock Team. They are responsible for packing the laundry items for a student as per his/her course and send the laundry items to the respective branch of the student. Also an inventory for stock has to be maintained. If the number of items in inventory for any stock item goes below 10%, a message should be sent out to the Stock Team and the owner regarding the same. Similar message should be sent once the stock item is zero.

A student can pay the fees partially and in instalments later on. This needs to be logged along with the mode of payment details for each instalment. The course of the student can also be changed and the history of course for each student needs to be maintained. All the change documents for a student must be logged. For e.g. Old value and new value for the parameter that was changed.

Once a student gets enrolled for a course, his form is filed manually at the branch and these forms are sent collectively to the module one i.e. the centre. Centre does the online data entry for each student.

Once a student is enrolled online, this request goes to second module i.e. the owner to approve/reject. If the owner approves the request, the request goes to module three or if the request is rejected with a message, it goes back to module 1 for correction.

Once the owner approves the request from module two, the request gets transferred to the third module i.e. the Stock Team. They pack stock items and transfer the request to module four i.e. the branch after the stock is sent out for delivery. Sometimes the items may not be available in the inventory. So the stock team can mark which items are not sent and the reason for the same.

Once the branch receives the stock it verifies the stock and marks if any items are not received. Such items are resent by Stock Team once they are available with them or if they missed sending them even though they were available.

Once the branch hands over the laundry to module five i.e. the student, an OTP must be sent out to students registered email ID and mobile number. The branch inserts the OTP in the workflow system and system alerts if the OTP matches or not.

That ends the workflow. Along with this every student receives a certificate after successful completion of a course. Similar OTP mechanism must be developed for handing over of the certificates.
