OPen Cart Site Need New Theme and Layout Configuration

I have a open cart site that has multiple products and categories already configured on its admin. The site had the theme (dropshipper by raviG) but after moving hosting it has gone back to default . I would like this theme or something similar configured to the site - categories set and banners displayed on home page. No products need to be added or categories added as they have already been done so.

- Display categories and products on appropriate pages
- Display banners on the home page (banners provided)
