We have a CRM from Codecanyon called iBilling. We need to connect it with our Opencart store:
We need to syncronize 3 items:
· Create: You have to check if customer exists via email. If not, create
· Update: When a profile be updated (from admin or catalog), update on CRM. The key field is email
· Create: When a invoice is created in Opencart, send to the CRM
· Create: Send product to CRM
· Update: When admin edit the product, update on CRM
· Stock: When a customer order the product, update product stock on CRM
· The development has to be delivered as ocmod module
· Module control panel to add the API key and activate / deactivate module
· All the actions must be added to admin / catalog models, so its where interacts all the registers.
