We have a Moodle Instance that is used by our school and actually is running very slow.
It is hosted on a commercial VPS that has 2 cores, 4 GB RAM, and is running using cPanel/WHM + CentOS 7.
This Moodle Instance (version 3.6.1) was installed in December 2018, by a non-expert Moodle Administrator, that is no longer available.
At this moment, the Moodle Instance is responding very slow, and needs to be checked, and tweaked in all its components to optimize its performance.
We need an expert in Moodle Administration that knows perfectly how to optimize the performance on the Apache Server, how to check and optimize MySQL to remove slow queries, how to check and reinstall PHP accelerators and in general, how to adjust and optimize the whole Moodle performance.
