OSCommerce Customization

We require turnkey configuration of an OS commerce site. We suggest starting with MS2.2
The following contributions will need to be added and thoroughly tested to ensure compatibility with one another.
1) Multiple Price Breaks - this has already be loaded and tested in the copy of OSCOMMERCE that we will supply.
2) UPS realtime Quotes
3) USPS real time quotes
4) Products displayed in the catalog in multiple columns (instead one one product per line)
5) Setup of Shipping info page, Contact info page
6) Installation of "easy populate" (may have to customized to handle multiple breakpoint pricing in (1))
7) Install of Froogle upload contribution
8) Setup of one of the standard merchant account gateways (to be decided)
10)Addition of the CoolMenu contribution (this is to be decided but assumme it is required)
11) Addition of the contribution "Purchase Orders 1.4" - this module is compatible with Version 2.2 Milestone 1 so not sure if it will need modification to be compatible with V2.2 MS2.
We will only consider experienced PHP programmers with solid OSCommerce experience. Please provide information about previous projects.
