After working successfully for nearly a year, we are no longer receiving notifications from PayPal whenever a payment is processed. No information is returned, and the status of the order is not being updated. We need someone to debug the error and detail the exact problem that is occuring. This is a highly-customized osCommerce installation with IPN_v3.1.5 contribution and patches. We need a quick turn-around, as this must be working prior to the holiday season.
