I need to be able to create a monthly report of all the orders a customer makes in a month.
I need to be able to select a individual customer
I need to be able to select the month that I want the report to cover
The report needs to automatically add all the invoices/orders to the report for the selected customer and month.
I need to be able to add or delete invoices/orders from the report
I need to be able to edit payment terms from within the store admin control panel
I will attach a pdf with the layout that is required
