I already have such a website to collect photo submission but I need to revamp it, this is the current site, [login to view URL] [login to view URL] you could create an id and upload to try out. The site should be able to collect photo submission after the user creates an account, the submission is private to the submitter only but admin needs to be able to view. The submission could be of the following format depending on the contest created, - single photos to multiple categories - a group of 4 photos The organiser must be able to download the photos and a compiled list of all the submission in csv or xls format. The format of the list would be provided. The organiser should be able to create multiple contests at any time. The development needs to cater for future enhancement as follows, - collection of joining fee by submission - online or offline judging / scoring - mass emailing to advertise the contest
