We need help with some php coding for an existing website. A third-party owns all rights to the script and no derivative works can be made from any of the changes that you make. At the completion of the project, you cannot resell or redistribute the source files. The coder will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement before beginning of the project.
Deadline and Payment: We expect the modifications to be complete within 14 days.
Payment: Escrow…We will pay 20% of final bided amount up front; 80% of final bided amount (Final payment) will be released when you deliver the final product and when it proves that it satisfies our criteria.

More detailed instruction will be provided once the coder signs a non-disclosure agreement. The modifications are as follows:
•Upload a new logo to the header on all pages.
•Change the format of the navigation icons on the top tool bar.
•Eliminate a search “Category” on the “Browse” toolbar and add a “New Category” in the form of a drop box retaining the same functionality (this function will directly relate with the instructions in the “Account Activation email/link/page” section of these instructions).
•Add text above the search box on the “Browse” toolbar on the “Home Page”.
•On the footer add links to the “Home” page, “Log-in” page, “FAQ” page, and “Contact Us” page.
•Under the “Browse” toolbar put a Facebook, Twitter, and RSS icon side-by-side; icons must be hyperlinked to the respective page.
“Contact Us” Page
•Add an interactive map of the US and Canada. The map will allow visitors to select their sate (only states with reps in them will be “active”) and a list of representatives, with contact information (including hyperlinked email addresses for each rep); will pop up in a separate browser window.
“Sign Up Here” Page
•Have the same map as on the Contact Us Page.
“ACCOUNT ACTIVATION” EMAIL/LINK/PAGE:
I need an “Account Creation” email/link/page created. The page will be emailed, via a link, to clients so they can create their account. Once the client activates their account, the link needs to expire.
On the “Account Creation” page (which is accessed via the emailed link) there needs to be multiple “required fields*” added. They will need to be drop boxes and blank text boxes. I will need to have the ability to add and delete the items that will appear in the drop boxes via a new toolbar link created in my “Admin Panel”. When the drop box items are selected on the “Account Creation” page, the items need to automatically embed into the client’s profile so when someone searches by the corresponding drop box on the “Browse” toolbar on the “Home page” or via the blank search box on the “Home Page” it will find the corresponding client’s profiles. All fields on the “Account Creation” page need to be “required*” to create an account.
There needs to be a button added to the “Account Creation” page that says “Create Account”. This creates their account and the information is imported into my “Admin Panel”. The account is not yet active on the website; I will manually activate the account once payment is received and processed. I need email confirmation of completed “Account Activations” pages sent to my email address.
When the “Account Creation” form is submitted, a confirmation page needs to appear that will say, “Your account will be activated once payment has been received and processed. You will receive an email when your account has been activated. Thank you for your business!
In the “Admin Panel” there is a toolbar on the left side of the page with different “buttons”. I need two “buttons” added which relate to the instructions in the “Account Activation email/link/page section of these instruction and are as follows:
I need the two “buttons” to say “________”. This will allow me to add or delete information that will appear in the respective “drop box on the “Account Activation Form”.
There currently is a “Manage Users” button on the left toolbar on the “Admin Panel”. When you select this “button” information regarding each client’s account appears in a list. I need two new columns to be added to the list. This list needs the ability to be exported to an Excel file (if possible).
When I manually activate an account using the “Manage Users” page I need an “Account Activation Confirmation” email to be sent to the respective client and to the respective rep’s email address associated with the account; the email will need to contain a link to the “Log-In” page.
When I manually activate an account using the “Manage Users” page the account expiration date is currently set to current date + 1 month; I need it set to current date + 365 days.
I need an affiliate link created using my logo. I will explain further once a non-disclosure agreement has been signed.
